Full Time Lead Veterinarian Opportunity

About Desort

We are a dynamic and growing veterinary clinic seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Veterinarian to join our team. As a Lead Veterinarian, you will play a key role in the overall management of our clinic, ensuring the highest level of patient care and staff supervision.

Responsibilities

* Provide medical care to animals with compassion and expertise
* Supervise and mentor veterinary technicians and assistants to ensure exceptional patient care
* Manage the financial aspects of the clinic, including budgeting and financial planning
* Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and grow our business
* Foster strong relationships with clients and suppliers to ensure a positive and supportive environment

Qualifications

* DVM degree from an accredited veterinary program
* At least 2 years of experience as a Lead Veterinarian or in a similar leadership role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, clients, and suppliers
* Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
