About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Video Production Specialist to contribute to our dynamic content creation efforts. You will play a pivotal role in our creative workflow, utilizing advanced techniques in motion graphics, visual effects, color correction, sound effects, and audio mixing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create Engaging Content: Edit promotional videos, short documentaries, and social media content for various campaigns.
- Manage Advanced Tools: Supervise post-production software and equipment, ensuring efficient workflows and integration with servers and synchronization tools.
- Collaborate Internationally: Work alongside internal directors, producers, and external creatives from the initial strategy phase to final online delivery.
- Bring Concepts to Life: Develop mood videos, motion boards, and curated music selections to enhance project development.
- Innovate with Visuals: Design sophisticated motion graphics and perform essential visual effects tasks such as rotoscoping, cleanup, and compositing.
- Ensure Operational Efficiency: Maintain workflow management software with comprehensive notes and facilitate footage transfers.
- Deliver High-Quality Outputs: Organize and refine all deliverables, ensuring sound effects are mixed and mastered to the highest standards.
- Collaborate Effectively: Partner with producers and marketing teams to provide assets that meet or exceed industry benchmarks.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5-7 years in video production, with a minimum of 2-3 years in commercial projects.
- Creative Insight: A distinctive editing style with a focus on commercial content.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with various data rates, resolutions, codecs, and post-editing software.
- Musical Knowledge: A broad understanding of music genres to enhance video edits.
- Camera Expertise: Knowledge of cinema and prosumer cameras.
- Composure Under Pressure: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professional standards.
- Team Collaboration: Strong communication and coordination skills across departments.
- Passion for Technology: Enthusiasm for cameras, aerial photography, e-bikes, action tech products, drones, and similar technologies is advantageous.
