Video Production Specialist

At Insta360, we're seeking a talented Video Producer to join our in-house team. As a key member of our marketing department, you'll be responsible for planning and overseeing all aspects of our video productions, from concept to delivery.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute video production strategies that align with our marketing goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with our creative teams to build scripts, shot lists, and schedules for our video productions.
- Source and manage talent, crew, and equipment for our video shoots.
- Work closely with our editing teams to ensure high-quality final products.
- Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure timely delivery of all projects.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our Insta360 product line and features.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments to ensure seamless project execution.
- Supervise external contractors or agencies to ensure video project quality meets company expectations.
- Provide innovative research and ideas for video projects, including new locations, talent, and creative concepts.
- Brainstorm new video concepts and series with our in-house creative team.
- Track project budgets, output, and data to inform executive leadership on video production effectiveness and scalability.
- Support other marketing areas as needed, including attending events, demos, and social media management.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in producing video content, with a focus on branded/commercial content.
- Experience working on in-house brand video production teams, agencies, or commercial production teams is strongly preferred.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with action sports productions and using action cameras.
- Knowledge of Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, and other video editing software.
