Job Title: Medical Interpreter

We are seeking a skilled Medical Interpreter to join our team at Nationwide Children's Hospital. As a Medical Interpreter, you will play a vital role in facilitating communication between healthcare providers and patients with limited English proficiency.

Responsibilities:
  • Accurately interpret medical information between healthcare providers and patients

  • Document interpretation services provided
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain expertise
Requirements:
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
  • Completed medical interpreter training program
  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare interpretation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
