Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct flight line operations in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Provide professional and friendly customer service to aircraft crewmembers, passengers, and other guests.
  • Operate and maintain ground service equipment, including fuel trucks, de-icing trucks, and stair trucks.
  • Perform fuel handling tasks, including fuel quality control and inventory management.
  • Assist with loading and unloading luggage and cargo from aircraft.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 18 years of age.
  • Valid state driver's license required; commercial driver's license (CDL) may be required in some locations.
  • Ability to pass background checks, drug tests, and obtain airport security badge.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Three to six months of experience in aviation, customer service, or a related field.
  • Ability to pass a color vision test for inspecting aviation fuel.
  • Ability to use a computer and email, including passing computer-based training modules.
