About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in a growing manufacturing company. As an HRBP, you will be responsible for partnering with functional leaders, department managers, and engineering leaders to support the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Talent Management on topics including learning & development, training, performance management, talent review, culture & engagement, branding, philanthropy, and early career development.
  • Partner with Total Rewards & People Services on employee compensation, payroll, data management, health & wellness and retirement benefits.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition on headcount vacancy management, interviewing and selection, pre-employment and onboarding.
  • Manage various communication streams and strategies, in partnership with internal and external resources, for North America.
  • Provide employee relations counseling, training, and problem solving for managers and employees to ensure a productive work environment, consistent with company values, policies and compliance to state and federal regulatory law.
  • Advises, counsels, and provides training to managers and supervisors on performance concerns including corrective action plans.
  • Investigate employee relations related complaints or allegations and recommend appropriate action.
  • Partners with Talent Management and leadership to identify and plan employee development needs and career paths.
  • Monitors and develops policies and policy updates from an HR generalist perspective.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or HRBP role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration or similar.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment or closely related industry.
  • Preference for candidates who have worked in a COE & HRBP organization model.
  • Experience in multiple human resources generalist disciplines at all levels from production to professional level employees.
  • Experience with safety, worker's comp and CDL compliance preferred.
