Business Retention Specialist

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a dedicated Business Retention Specialist to foster strong relationships with existing clients and ensure their satisfaction and retention. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for understanding client needs, addressing concerns, and implementing strategies to enhance client loyalty and business growth.

**Responsibilities**

Conduct quality assurance calls with all new policyholders to ensure accurate policy information.
Document all policy-related calls in policy notes and maintain an Excel spreadsheet with accurate notes.
Notify agents of any policy-related changes to their clients.
Work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.

**Requirements**

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
Excellent computer proficiency, including MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given.
High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.

**Location**

Thomasville, GA

**Pay Rate**

$16.00 / Hour

**Schedule**

Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM
