We are seeking a skilled and compassionate clinician to join our Mobile Crisis Response team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in crisis intervention and a passion for working with individuals experiencing behavioral health crises.

Responsibilities:

* Conduct crisis assessments and develop safety plans to ensure the well-being of individuals in crisis
* Respond to crisis calls and provide face-to-face support to individuals in need
* Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination
* Facilitate referrals to appropriate resources and services
* Maintain accurate documentation and meet regulatory requirements
