Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Patient Outreach Representative to join our team at Palm Medical Centers. As a key member of our outreach team, you will play a critical role in introducing our practice to the Fort Worth area and enrolling new members with Medicare onto our practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to create engagements in the community and guide patients on healthcare coverage options.
  • Enroll Medicare patients onto Palm Medical Centers as their primary care physician assigned to their HMO health plan.
  • Meet or exceed monthly enrollment targets to contribute to Palm Medical Centers' membership growth.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Department to attend community events, store table-tops, and center activations to generate contact lists and work prospective leads.
  • Screen potential members about their healthcare needs and work with partnered insurance agents and brokers to guide patients on the best health plan selection.
  • Educate potential members about center services, how to access services and programs, and overall member eligibility.
  • Coordinate center tours for potential patients, including transportation to-and-from scheduled tours.
  • Work with the Case Management Team for appropriate enrollment strategies.
  • Provide customer service throughout the entire length of membership for patient center retention.
  • Represent the Palm Medical Centers brand well and have full knowledge of the company's services and patient resources.
Requirements
  • High school or equivalent (Required)
  • Sales experience: 1 year (Required)
  • Community Outreach experience: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Event planning experience: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Marketing experience: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Texas Driver's License (Required)
