The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of 50-75 staff members in a high-volume setting. Your primary focus will be on ensuring operational excellence, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor a team of 50-75 staff members in a high-volume setting
  • Ensure operational excellence, including inventory management, scheduling, and conflict resolution
  • Drive sales growth through effective marketing and promotional strategies
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all guests
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives

Requirements

  • 3+ years of restaurant experience in a high-volume, excellence-driven environment
  • Extensive service knowledge and experience training staff
  • Excellent work ethic and dedication to the hospitality industry
  • Ability to work full-time hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Conflict resolution and special event execution skills
  • Wine, beer, and spirit knowledge preferred
  • Food Safety Knowledge and ServSafe Food Handlers license
  • Experience working with POS Systems and recruiting, staff education, and motivation
