Tactical Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Account Executive to join our team in the Southeast US territory. As a member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in expanding our customer base, driving sales growth, and establishing strong relationships with key military and law enforcement stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets within the Southeast US territory.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with military and law enforcement agencies, understanding their equipment needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting new clients to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Travel frequently within the territory to meet with existing and potential clients, ensuring high engagement and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Report sales activities and results to senior management, maintaining a healthy sales pipeline and tracking progress toward targets.
Requirements:
- Military veterans strongly preferred with a solid understanding of military culture and tactical needs.
- Proven sales experience, ideally in a related industry or with government contracting, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels of an organization.
- Strong listening, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office; experience with SAP is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive base salary ranging from $65,000 to $75,000 per year, depending on experience.
- On-Target Earnings (OTE) exceeding $100,000 per year.
