Job Title: Tactical Sales Specialist

At Salesfolks, we're seeking a driven and results-oriented Tactical Sales Specialist to lead our sales efforts in the Southeast US. This role is critical in expanding our customer base, driving sales growth, and establishing strong relationships with key military and law enforcement stakeholders.

About the Role:
The Tactical Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets within the Southeast US territory. You will cultivate and maintain strong relationships with military and law enforcement agencies, understanding their equipment needs and providing tailored solutions. Additionally, you will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting new clients to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with military and law enforcement agencies.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.

Requirements:
We're looking for a candidate with a proven track record in sales, preferably in a related industry or with government contracting. You should have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels of an organization. Knowledge of tactical gear and government contracting is preferred but not required.

Salary and Benefits:
This role offers a competitive base salary ranging from $65,000 to $75,000, depending on experience, with On-Target Earnings exceeding $100,000 per year. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan with company matching, generous car allowance, and travel reimbursement.
