Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receiving Clerk to join our team at KW Property Management & Consulting. As a Receiving Clerk, you will be responsible for receiving and processing incoming packages, inspecting shipments for damages, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process incoming packages, including inspecting shipments for damages and discrepancies
  • Enter information into resident software and maintain accurate records
  • Sort, count, package, label, and insure inventory as needed
  • Deliver packages to the Front Desk and obtain authorized signatures
  • Trace lost shipments and initiate proof of delivery documents
  • Maintain department database, prepare routine reports, and file shipping/receiving records
  • Follow established company policies, procedures, and objectives
Work Environment

This position will be mostly indoors with a moderate noise level. The employee will be required to sit most of the day and will occasionally be required to stand, reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, push, and pull items weighing 30 pounds or less.

Requirements
  • Prior experience in a related position
  • Six months to one year of related experience and/or training
  • Bi-lingual a plus; English and Spanish
  • Ability to detect auditory and/or visual emergency alarms
  • Proficient use of MS Office
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull at least 30 lbs
