Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receiving Clerk to join our team at KW Property Management, LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving and processing incoming packages, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring timely delivery of shipments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and inspect incoming packages, verifying contents and quantities against packing slips and invoices.
  • Enter information into resident software and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Sort, count, package, label, and insure shipments as needed.
  • Inspect shipments for damages or defects, recording discrepancies and notifying supervisor and/or purchasing personnel.
  • Deliver packages to the Front Desk and obtain authorized signatures for accepted items.
  • Trace lost shipments and initiate proof of delivery documents as necessary.
  • Maintain department database, prepare routine reports, and file shipping/receiving records.
  • Follow established company policies, procedures, and objectives, continuous quality improvement objectives, and safety protocols.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a related position.
  • Six months to one year in related experience and/or training.
  • Bi-lingual a plus; English and Spanish.
  • Ability to detect auditory and/or visual emergency alarms.
  • Proficient use of MS Office.
  • Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull at least 30 lbs.
Work Environment

This position will be mostly indoors with moderate noise levels. The employee will be required to sit, stand, reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, push, and pull items weighing 30 pounds or less.
