Consultative Business Development Expert

As a key player on our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospect and sell our staffing solutions to new and existing clients.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our target markets and client needs.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to win new business.
- Manage and close sales leads, resulting in new revenue streams.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services.
The estimated annual salary range for this position is $100,000 - $140,000, based on experience. We also offer bonus opportunities, commission pay, and benefits such as 401(k) matching, cell phone reimbursement, and health insurance.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
- 4+ years of sales experience in a quota-driven environment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with sales software and technology.
