Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and sell our staffing solutions to new and existing clients.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our target markets and client needs.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to win new business.
  • Manage and close sales leads, resulting in new revenue streams.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services.

The estimated annual salary range for this position is $100,000 - $140,000, based on experience. We also offer bonus opportunities, commission pay, and benefits such as 401(k) matching, cell phone reimbursement, and health insurance.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • 4+ years of sales experience in a quota-driven environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with sales software and technology.
