About the Role:

Concord Technologies is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Operations Specialist to join its growing team in Seattle, Washington. As a key member of the customer operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers successfully renew support and services on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate renewals ahead of contract expiration and work directly with customers and partners to execute the agreement.
  • Maintain accurate records for support and subscription products across Salesforce and other internal systems to ensure continuity.
  • Track and report forecast for all renewal opportunities and maintain accurate records; report and escalate churn risk and blockers to renewal success.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities and share with Sales team, remaining in close contact throughout the contracting process.
  • Serve as back up on various activities performed by other customer operations team members.
  • Focus on improving the overall "Customer Experience" as it pertains to the tasks of the team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years in a customer-facing role.
  • Experience negotiating and working with sales orders and agreements.
  • Must be highly organized, detailed, and efficient.
  • Experience developing and implementing business process changes.
  • Experience using Excel and Salesforce.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outgoing and collaborative personality that can inspire and lead change.
