**Job Summary**

The Queen's Health System is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physician Practice Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising the daily operations of our physician practice and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

**Responsibilities**

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the physician practice, including staff management and workflow optimization.

• Collaborate with management to develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, OSHA, and Joint Commission standards.

• Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

• Analyze and resolve operational issues, including workflow inefficiencies and staff performance concerns.

• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of services and support.

• Provide training and guidance to staff on operational procedures and policies.

• Maintain accurate records and reports, including operational metrics and staff performance data.

**Requirements**

• Associate's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field, or two years of progressive experience in healthcare, preferably in a physician practice.

• Demonstrated knowledge of third-party and government payor and reimbursement regulations, including Medicare/Medicaid program requirements.

• Three years of experience in healthcare operations, including physician practice management, health clinic operations, medical insurance, or physician practice services.

• Prior experience demonstrating ability to work effectively with physicians and other stakeholders.

• Prior leadership/supervisory experience desirable.
