Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Performance: Work directly with the Property Manager to analyze and improve the financial performance of the assigned community, ensuring accurate rent collection and posting.
  • Leasing and Occupancy: Ensure all leasing data is entered correctly into our property management software system, and work to improve leasing and occupancy rates.
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Manage and distribute tenant correspondence, including late payment notices, and work with maintenance staff to ensure timely and efficient repairs and maintenance.
  • Marketing and Leasing: Assist with marketing efforts, schedule appointments, and show available units to prospective tenants.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with a college degree and professional certifications a plus.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in multi-unit apartment leasing, with a strong background in property management software (Yardi preferred).
  • Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and a self-starter who can function independently and as part of a small team.
  • Qualifications: Proactive, detail-oriented work habits, excellent record keeping and file maintenance, and the ability to prioritize workloads and oversee multiple projects.
