Job Overview:
As a Retail Sales Education Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the sales performance of beauty products across various retail environments. Your expertise will be instrumental in educating retail staff on product knowledge and effective selling strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor, evaluate, and boost sales performance in designated retail locations.
  • Provide comprehensive training to retail staff on product offerings and sales techniques through regular store visits.
  • Stay informed about market trends and key performance indicators within the beauty retail sector.
  • Oversee the tracking of retail performance metrics, ensuring accurate reporting on a daily, monthly, and seasonal basis.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in the beauty or cosmetics retail industry is required.
  • Availability to work 24-30 hours per week, including regular meetings with management and in-store support.
  • Willingness to travel within the designated region to engage with retail partners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is essential.
