About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Beauty Ambassador to join our team at LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics. As a Beauty Ambassador, you will be the face of our brand, promoting our luxury beauty products and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Client Development: Achieve defined sales and client development targets while promoting brand image and desirability.
  • Client Experience and Management: Develop enduring relationships with existing clients and engage new clients to the brand through genuine interactions.
  • Boutique Operations: Maintain an esthetically pristine and hygienic boutique environment, understand and support merchandising guidelines and inventory management, and operate cash registers.
Requirements
  • Previous professional experience in retail or service industry, ideally in the luxury sector.
  • Proven track record in excelling retail results and working within a luxury retail environment.
  • Experience in selling/selling skills, preferably in a luxury environment.
  • Good writing and communication skills.
