Career Opportunity: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Hospice Nurse to join our team at Cantex in the Humble, TX area.
">About the Role: As a Hospice Nurse with Cantex, you will have the rewarding opportunity to provide high-quality patient care and support to individuals and their families during their end-of-life journey.
Responsibilities: Your key responsibilities will include administering nursing care for patients of all ages in their place of residence, coordinating care with the interdisciplinary group, patient, family, and referring agency, and assuming responsibility for coordination of care.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must possess a Registered Nurse (RN) license per state requirements, preferably 2 years of experience with a Hospice agency, and strong communication skills. Good assessment skills, clinical documentation skills, and ability to read, write, and speak the English language are also essential.
