Cantex is seeking a skilled Hospice Care Nurse Specialist to join our team in Texas. This rewarding role involves providing compassionate nursing care to patients and their families, promoting quality of life, and coordinating with healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

As a Hospice Care Nurse Specialist at Cantex, you will have the opportunity to work with patients of all ages, assessing their physical, emotional, and social needs, and developing individualized care plans to address these needs. You will also provide education and support to patients and their families, helping them navigate the end-of-life journey with dignity and respect.

This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include 401K matching, continuing education reimbursement, vacation time, sick leave, holidays, medical, dental, and supplemental insurance plans.

To qualify for this role, you must be a Registered Nurse, licensed in the state of Texas, with a minimum of 2 years of experience working in hospice care. Preferred qualifications include home care experience and strong clinical documentation skills.
