Job Title: IT Help Desk Supervisor

Are you a tech-savvy leader looking to make a real impact in the industry? We're seeking an IT Help Desk Supervisor to join our team at Computer Integration Technologies, Inc. (CIT). As a key member of our IT team, you'll be responsible for leading a team of IT Support Engineers and providing top-notch customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of IT Support Engineers and provide guidance and mentorship to ensure they're equipped to handle complex technical issues.
  • Deliver effective and timely support and solutions to our clients, both individually and as part of a team.
  • Oversee daily operations, including responding to customer calls and inquiries, and collaborating with multiple departments to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
  • Conduct regular meetings with your direct reports and participate in customer and leadership meetings.
  • Approve and review PTO requests and timesheets for team members, and ensure CIT processes and procedures are known and followed.
  • Deliver KPI results in customer satisfaction rate, service level, and response time that meet or exceed department goals and expectations.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience supporting customers and troubleshooting help desk tickets in multiple IT areas, including workstations, servers, and network infrastructure.
  • Direct experience leading and mentoring a team of technical individuals.
  • Basic to intermediate Microsoft 365 knowledge and support experience.
  • Basic to intermediate Active Directory design, implementation, and administration skills.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of managing network devices and configurations.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of hardware and a variety of operating systems, including Windows Desktop OS, macOS, Windows Server, and virtualization platforms.
  • Ability to solve problems independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong computer and typing skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to manage your own time and that of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • CompTIA A+, Network+, or relevant Microsoft certifications.

Pay range:

Pay range: $80,000 – $95,000: The pay range shown represents the national pay range for this role. Actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, level of experience, and other relevant factors. At CIT, we consider a variety of elements when determining salaries to ensure fair and competitive compensation for all our employees.

Work location and shift:

This position is fully remote within the United States. The shift is 8:00AM – 5:00PM Central Time.
