Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team at Spire Hospitality. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Greet guests with a warm and welcoming smile, and register them promptly and efficiently.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to guests regarding hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
  • Process guest transactions, including check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
  • Manage guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with other front office staff to ensure seamless communication and a high level of service.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor, such as assisting with room assignments and resolving guest issues.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in a front office role preferred.
