Job Title: Weekend RN Supervisor

Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team. As a Weekend RN Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality resident care in our Continuing Care Neighborhoods, which include skilled nursing, long-term care, assisted living, and memory care.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform regular walking rounds to ensure nursing staff are providing the highest level of resident care possible.
  • Review, adjust, and monitor nursing staffing to ensure appropriate staff is available to provide resident care and meet established PPD.
  • Implement a person-centered approach to care, focusing on resident strengths while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging.
  • Assist in resolving resident/family concerns and grievances.
  • Lead investigations for injuries of unknown origin, medication errors, and/or abuse allegations as needed or requested.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year floor nurse experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, assisted living, or hospital required.
  • Prior supervisory experience preferred but not required.
  • Licensed in the state as a Registered Nurse.
  • Current CPR certification required.

  • Compensation: Commensurate with experience and hours scheduled: $70,000 - $80,000 a year.
