Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Spire Hospitality. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless stay.

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Greet guests immediately and provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Register guests efficiently and accurately, using a computer system to input and retrieve information.
  • Provide guests with information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
  • Process payments and handle cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless guest service.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor, such as assisting with reservations or PBX operations.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
