We are in search of a Management/Business Consultant possessing a background in program management, analytical thinking capabilities, and a commitment to overseeing client deliverables.

As an integral member of the Program Management Office (PMO) team engaged in a highly intricate, large-scale, and prominent initiative, your role will involve supporting the Program Manager in orchestrating and coordinating at both the project and workstream levels. This includes contributing to project planning, preparing and maintaining essential documentation, monitoring project activities, and assessing overall project performance.

As a Management/Business Consultant, your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
Utilizing best practices from both the private and public sectors to enhance the Program/Project Management Office (PMO)

Engaging daily with team members and clients, including high-ranking Government officials

Participating in critical problem-solving initiatives

Documenting, tracking, and managing program/project action items

Overseeing and maintaining a document library/repository of all pertinent program/project artifacts

Interfacing with clients on daily project tasks and requirements (e.g., meeting preparation & follow-up, action item/planning activities, etc.)

Assisting in the design and development of client deliverables

Conducting both quantitative and qualitative research and analysis

Translating policy and strategic initiatives into quantitative and qualitative data analysis and investigative data research

Effectively communicating complex ideas, both verbally and in writing, within a large, matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders

Managing competing priorities in a dynamic work environment

Demonstrating the ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that resonates with a diverse audience

Creating executive-level communications for both internal PCI-GS and client stakeholders

Qualifications:
U.S. Citizenship is required

Eligibility for U.S. Government security clearance

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study with a minimum of 8 years of client-facing management consulting experience, preferably with renowned consulting firms; experience in federal acquisitions/financial assistance consulting is advantageous but not mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with G-Invoicing and/or Federal Travel Systems

Knowledge of federal grant administration, management, and compliance reporting

Familiarity with CFR Part 200

Experience in drafting federal acquisition or grants guides, complex SOPs, work instructions, or other substantial written report deliverables

Proficiency in quantitative analysis, statistical reporting, metrics, and process design, development, and implementation

Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with senior personnel on a daily basis

Capability to read and interpret Federal acquisition policy, regulations, and directives, applying those interpretations fully and legally to required deliverables

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access, Outlook, Visio)

Ability to cultivate strong team and client relationships

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (including presentation skills)

Strong aptitude for analysis, including quantitative analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities

Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment with individuals at all levels within an organization

Relevant Coursework or Experience in:
Market research tools, techniques, and methodologies

Project and process management
