ACUMATICA EXPERIENCE - EXTRA SIGN ON BONUS

  •   Process new sales and submits invoices for payment.
  •   Records purchase orders and obtains billing invoice from vendor.
  •   Ensures billings and receivables are correctly processed in a timely manner.
  •   Addresses and corrects any discrepancies in accounts or billings.
  •   Reviews accounts payable invoices, assigns vendor numbers and similar identifying data, and confirms correct accounting  codes were used.
  •   Enters vendor information into accounting software system; verifies that invoice information is entered correctly.
  •   Serves as liaison to set up new customers and vendors.
  •   Uses automated internal systems to identify and monitor overdue accounts. 
  •   Locates and contacts account holders by appropriate means, which may include email, mail, and phone call to notify those customers of delinquent account status and to solicit payment.
  •   Reviews terms of sales, service, or credit contracts; provides options to customers for debt repayment; establishes repayment schedules based on customers’ financial situations
  •   Refers overdue accounts to collections.
  •   Provides or facilitates accurate reports and analysis on financial data and metrics such as cash forecasting, sales statistic information, and monthly net sales reports.
  •   Assists manager with analysis of data and reports.
  •   Organizes monthly meetings to communicate information and guidance from company leadership and to review policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Answer incoming company phone calls and designate to the proper department/ Staff.
  •   Performs other duties as assigned.
