Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Innovative Solutions CRTE Corp. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of automotive repair processes and a proven ability to manage customer relationships using CRM software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business and manage relationships with existing customers within an assigned territory.
  • Sell a wide range of products, including welders, frame racks, lifts, rivet guns, and ADAS systems.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage leads, sales activities, and customer relationships.
  • Travel frequently within the assigned territory to meet with customers, as well as occasional travel for trade shows and industry events.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or hands-on experience in the automotive repair industry.
  • Strong understanding of automotive repair equipment, particularly welders, frame racks, lifts, rivet guns, and ADAS systems.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Ability to explain complex technical products and solutions to a non-technical audience.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software to manage leads, sales activities, and customer relationships.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a strong sense of initiative and time management.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience selling automotive repair equipment is highly desirable.
  • Strong network and relationships within the automotive repair industry.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and trends related to ADAS calibration systems.
