Closet Factory is seeking highly motivated and results-driven individuals to join our team as Design Consultants/Sales Representatives in the Fairfield County, CT, and Westchester & Duchess Counties, NY area.

As a Design Consultant/Sales Representative, you will:

  • Design and quote custom closet and entertainment center projects for homeowners.
  • Work with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with experienced managers and senior designers to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Enjoy a flexible schedule with variable hours and some weekends.
