Cambridge Health Alliance is seeking a Community Health Worker I to provide clinical, administrative, and organizational support services to Health Care for the Homeless providers.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide compassionate support and organizational assistance to patients experiencing homelessness.
- Assist with clinical, administrative, and organizational tasks to ensure effective patient care.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare providers to address the unique needs of homeless patients.
- High school diploma or equivalency required.
- 1 year of experience in a formal medical setting or evidence of formal training in a related field.
- Preferred: Proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese in addition to English.
