- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients, addressing a range of mental health and substance abuse issues.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and community resources to promote client well-being and independence.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices and evidence-based treatments in the field of behavioral health.
- Master's degree in Social Work or related field.
- Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical human service work, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Strong assessment and treatment planning skills, with ability to prioritize multiple clients and tasks.
