Job Title: Advanced Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Sales Director to join our team at Securian Financial Group. As an Advanced Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals in the Individual Solutions market segment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in the Individual Solutions market segment.
  • Develop and implement advanced sales strategies to increase sales and revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to sales team members to improve their sales skills and performance.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a strong focus on revenue growth and team performance.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
