  • Record Retention: Establish and maintain record retention timelines, guaranteeing compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Computer Proficiency: Excellent skills in Microsoft Office, Adobe, CSI, and CenterDoc are essential for this role.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and follow-through are vital for success in this position.
  • Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in banking operations, specifically lending documentation, is highly desirable.
  • Training and Development: The ability to train others and possess strong people skills is essential for collaboration and teamwork.
Work Environment and Salary
