Job Summary

The Regional Maintenance Operations Manager oversees maintenance operations within their designated region, handles work orders, and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. This role serves as the primary point of contact for all maintenance personnel, responsible for hiring, training, conducting work orders, and performance management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with maintenance operations oversight of properties within the assigned region.
  • Oversee administration of ~10 direct reports, including timecard management, performance reviews, and ongoing training.
  • Enforce company policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company guidelines.
  • Monitor and quality-check maintenance activities to ensure timely completion of work orders, preventive maintenance tasks, and repairs.
  • Serve as an escalation point to resolve matters for all stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Perform routine work orders approximately 40% of the time.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in property management maintenance or a related field.
  • Proficient in using AppFolio or similar Property Management Software, and Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook and Teams).
  • Proven leadership skills demonstrated by successfully leading a team.
  • Organized and able to manage work orders for multiple priorities.
  • Clean driving record and dependable transportation.
Compensation

$75,000 per annum, inclusive of a benefits package and mileage reimbursement plan, plus paid time off.
