The RLG Healthcare division is on the lookout for a Field Sales Executive to enhance our expanding team. This role is crucial in propelling the growth of our pharmaceutical and healthcare solutions portfolio by acquiring new clients and nurturing strong, enduring relationships with existing ones.
The Sales Executive will pinpoint new business opportunities, negotiate and finalize business agreements, and maintain a comprehensive understanding of current market dynamics.
The ideal candidate will possess a demonstrated history of success in sales, a strategic approach, and the capability to effectively address complex challenges while providing customized solutions that meet the specific needs of our clients.
The successful Sales Executive will promote the services of the RLG Healthcare group, focusing on pharmaceutical commercial printing and packaging, as well as associated sheetfed (UV & conventional) offset printing, flexo, direct mail services, fulfillment and kitting, digital, print-on-demand, and technology-related solutions.
Responsibilities:
1. Proactively identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including industry advertisements, trade shows, and digital platforms.
2. Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our presence with existing clients while ensuring exceptional service delivery.
3. Act as the primary liaison between clients and RLG Healthcare, facilitating seamless communication and service execution throughout the sales and production processes.
5. Oversee the RFP process, collaborating with internal teams to develop competitive proposals and contracts, and manage the execution of agreed-upon terms.
7. Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions within Salesforce CRM.
8. Organize and participate in customer training sessions and quarterly business reviews to ensure client satisfaction and adapt strategies as necessary.
9. Achieve and surpass monthly and annual sales objectives.
Qualifications:
1. Proven expertise in new business development, particularly within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.
2. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, along with a minimum of 3-5 years of outside B2B sales experience in packaging, printing, or direct marketing.
3. Exceptional interpersonal, persuasion, and communication skills, capable of engaging effectively at all organizational levels.
4. Highly organized, self-motivated, and driven by an entrepreneurial spirit.
5. Proficient in competitive market analysis and skilled at navigating industry trends and dynamics.
6. Advanced computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
7. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory; a valid driver's license is necessary.
