Key Responsibilities
As a Retail Producing Branch Manager, Sales Manager, or Loan Originator, you will be responsible for:
- Establishing and nurturing third-party referral sources such as Realtors, Financial Planners, Builders, and CPAs.
- Recruiting, managing, mentoring, and retaining a team of Mortgage Loan Originators.
- Generating loan applications from past clients and referral-based leads.
- Collaborating with Branch and Regional Production Managers on recruitment strategies to enhance regional team growth.
- Maintaining a strong understanding of New Penn's product offerings, including Conventional, FHA, VA, Jumbo, Investors, and Foreign Nationals.
- Staying updated on emerging trends within the mortgage industry.
- Utilizing company reports to ensure high pull-through ratios and effective pipeline management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of experience as a mortgage loan originator.
- High-energy self-starter with a robust network of industry contacts.
- Familiarity with industry loan origination systems.
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks and the lending environment (Dodd-Frank).
- Successful completion of a background check for state licensing and possession of an active Illinois Residential Loan Originator license.
