About the Role

This Enterprise Sales Specialist position offers a unique opportunity to work with a leading software company that empowers businesses to manage their HR technology needs. As an Account Executive at Paycom, you will be responsible for selling net new prospects and providing strategic business solutions to clients in an assigned region.

Our ideal candidate is a self-motivated and results-driven professional with experience in a competitive environment. You should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions. We offer a competitive salary package, including a base pay of $80,000 and an uncapped commission plan, totaling $100,000 per annum.
