- Process referrals by obtaining necessary admission and insurance information
- Participate in the marketing team by developing and maintaining relationships with referral sources and identifying new growth opportunities
- Verify insurance and benefits information to ensure maximum reimbursement
- Provide accurate information to admission staff and billing coordinators
- High school diploma or equivalent with customer service experience
- Strong communication, organization, negotiation, and public relation skills
- Proficiency with PC and MS suite of products
- Hospice or medical office experience preferred
