About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Youth Cheerleading Coach to join our team at Elevo Learning. As a Coach, you will be responsible for leading our youth cheerleading program, providing a safe and supportive environment for our students to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and facilitate games, activities, and exercises with students
  • Supervise and manage student behavior, ensuring a safe and respectful environment
  • Communicate effectively with guardians and school staff
  • Provide exceptional customer service to students and school staff
  • Follow COVID-19 protocols outlined by the school
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • 1-2 years of experience in education, coaching, or child development
  • Ability to work with small children, including sitting, standing, and running
  • Strong behavior management skills and ability to create a safe learning environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to follow COVID-19 protocols and school guidelines
