### Job Title: Youth Cheerleading Coach

### Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Youth Cheerleading Coach to join our team at Elevo Learning. As a Youth Cheerleading Coach, you will be responsible for leading our youth cheerleading program, creating a safe and engaging learning environment, and promoting social-emotional learning and physical activity among our students.

### Key Responsibilities

* Lead youth cheerleading sessions, facilitating games and activities that promote physical activity and social-emotional learning
* Create a safe and inclusive learning environment, implementing strong behavior management skills and COVID-19 protocols
* Communicate effectively with guardians and school staff, demonstrating exceptional customer service
* Supervise students during activities, ensuring their safety and well-being
* Collaborate with our team to develop and implement programs that promote social-emotional learning and physical activity

### Requirements

* 1-2 years of experience in education, coaching, or child development
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively with small children and school staff
* Completion of mandatory MDR training and any district required trainings
