### Job Title: Youth Cheerleading Coach

### Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Youth Cheerleading Coach to join our team at Elevo Learning. As a Youth Cheerleading Coach, you will be responsible for leading and guiding our students in a fun and engaging environment, promoting social-emotional learning and physical activity.

### Key Responsibilities

* Lead and facilitate games and activities with students, promoting teamwork and sportsmanship
* Supervise and manage groups of students during activities, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment
* Develop and implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behavior and self-regulation
* Communicate effectively with guardians and school staff to ensure a smooth and successful program
* Demonstrate exceptional customer service and support to all students and school staff

### Requirements

* 1-2 years of experience in education, coaching, or child development
* Strong knowledge of social-emotional learning and child development principles
* Ability to work effectively with small children and manage groups of students
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to follow COVID-19 protocols and guidelines
