### Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Youth Cheerleading Coach to join our team at Elevo Learning. As a Coach, you will be responsible for leading our youth cheerleading program, providing a safe and supportive environment for our students to learn and grow.

### Key Responsibilities

* Lead and facilitate games and activities with students
* Supervise and manage groups of students during activities
* Create a safe and inclusive learning environment
* Develop and implement behavior management strategies
* Communicate effectively with guardians and school staff
* Demonstrate exceptional customer service

### Requirements

* 1-2 years of experience in education, coaching, or child development
* Completion of mandatory MDR training and any district required trainings
* Ability to work around small children and follow COVID-19 protocols
