About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Youth Cheerleading Coach to join our team at Elevo Learning. As a Coach, you will be responsible for leading our youth cheerleading program, providing a safe and engaging environment for our students to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging cheerleading routines and activities for students
  • Provide guidance and support to students to help them achieve their goals
  • Collaborate with other Coaches and staff to ensure a cohesive and effective program
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to keep them informed about student progress
  • Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all students

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in coaching or teaching, preferably in a youth sports setting
  • Cheerleading experience and knowledge of cheerleading techniques and safety protocols
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Authorized to work in the US
