Member Service Representative 2

At Mid American Credit Union, we're seeking a highly skilled Member Service Representative 2 to join our team. As a key member of our Member Services department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, ensuring their needs are met, and building strong relationships with them.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service to members, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with members, understanding their financial needs and providing personalized solutions.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal skills, communicating effectively with members and colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Process transactions, including loans, deposits, and withdrawals, while maintaining accurate records and adhering to credit union policies.
  • Stay up-to-date on credit union products and services, educating members on their benefits and features.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 6-24 months of customer service experience, preferably in a financial services setting.
  • Proficient knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office software.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
