- Process transactions, including loans, deposits, and withdrawals, while maintaining accurate records and adhering to credit union policies.

- Stay up-to-date on credit union products and services, educating members on their benefits and features.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 6-24 months of customer service experience, preferably in a financial institution or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
