Job Title: Director, Digital eCommerce Acceleration

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our eCommerce Acceleration Team as a Director, Digital eCommerce Acceleration. This role will be responsible for driving the launch and acceleration of brands on new eCommerce channels using a data-driven content and CX approach rooted in insights and the competitive landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the launch and acceleration of brands on new eCommerce channels using a data-driven content and CX approach rooted in insights and the competitive landscape
  • Manage content testing opportunities and optimizations
  • Support the activation and acceleration of social commerce in collaboration with LUSA CDMO & Brand(s) to drive sales and content engagement
  • Champion the usage of Opera, with a focus on process, IP rights compliance & management
  • Co-develop & refine best practice framework for professional eCommerce content & CX in the US
  • Cascade learnings, upskill & collaborate with brands, DMIs, channel leads and CDMO partners on best-in-class digital shelf & CX experiences across B2C & B2B to achieve excellence in execution for our brands
  • Share updates on US category landscape & workstreams with CDMO & Global counterparts
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of digital marketing, merchandising and/or content creation experience
  • Strong understanding of the digital industry; beauty and content experience a plus
  • Exceptional written & verbal communication skills
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel and PowerPoint are a must-have skill. Ability to create high-impact presentations, storytell & influence cross-functional partners.
  • Must be skilled at executing within tight timeframes with excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and a sense of urgency.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing deadlines through prioritization & expectation management
  • Must demonstrate strong analytical, organizational, critical thinking & problem-solving skills
  • Ability to gather & synthesize data across multiple sources to formulate insights and manage through ambiguity
  • Promotes a culture of collaboration and teamwork within the ecommerce acceleration team and with cross-functional peers
  • Process-oriented mindset along with high-level curiosity
  • Ability to take initiative, act proactively & drive projects to the finish line
