Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Customer Service Representative to join our team at Tolin Mechanical Systems. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, assisting in the deployment of initiatives to field employees, and training and supporting mobile technology to field employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support and assistance to the Customer Service Manager in the deployment of initiatives to field employees.
- Assist in training and support of mobile technology to field employees, including new hire training, deployment of new acquisitions, and technical troubleshooting.
- Support the development of updating procedures and training for customer service representatives.
- Provide backup support in customer service for taking customer calls, dispatching, and purchase order writing.
- Support the Customer Service Manager in supervising customer service representatives as backup.
Requirements:
- Two years of post-secondary education and/or minimum of two years commercial HVAC dispatch experience.
- Computer literate and technology savvy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service phone skills.
- Ability to understand technical terminology and mechanical processes.
