Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Pacific Northwest territory. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing identified key accounts, executing strategic business plans, and driving sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Aggressively drive new business by identifying opportunities and utilizing value-based selling.
• Work closely with a wide range of company resources to utilize any member of the company for a particular sales situation.
• Develop business cases for new products and participate in product and company strategy development.
• Present to purchasing staff, engineers, and management at accounts of interest in a professional setting as the front line representative of the company.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10+ years of semiconductor sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or equivalent.
• Experience working with or strong understanding of circuits.
• Understanding of semiconductor engineering terms that are relevant to the company's product.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
