Job Summary:
As a Manufacturing Engineer at Bristol Industries, you will be responsible for developing and supporting manufacturing processes, researching customer specifications, and collaborating with shopfloor personnel to troubleshoot daily manufacturing issues. You will also support the Operations and Sales team in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement manufacturing processes for new products and make updates to existing processes.
Research customer specifications and new processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Troubleshoot shop floor processes, tools, and equipment to minimize downtime and optimize production.
Design tooling for new and improving existing processes to increase productivity and quality.
Interact with customers, operators, sales reps, and vendors to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Evaluate data and product specifications to determine feasibility of product proposals.
Create presentations for projects and perform root cause analysis on MRB data using Excel.
Apply Lean principles to develop more efficient processes and procedures.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
3+ years of engineering experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial engineering.
Working knowledge of CAD software, SolidWorks preferred.
Experience with surface processing, heat treatment, and ISO 9000 or AS9100 quality standards.
Knowledge of GD&T, fixturing, and gaging methods, as well as process capability.
Experience in machining or metal forming, with a preference for fastener technology involving nuts, bolts, and screws.
Proficiency in Excel, including tables, graphs, and filters to collect and analyze data.
